I am a mermaid, swimming wild and free.

My hair’s floating behind me, where nobody can see.

The ocean calm and quiet, no painfull memories.

I dance with the dolphins in the deep blue sea.

I swim with the turtles, they are here right next to me.

We’re lost in endless forests that rise majesteticly.

I hear a call from the surface, you wonder where I am.

I pretend not to hear you, I don’t want to reach land.

I flow so weightless here, nothing  bothers me.

I hope that one day soon,  you will come to see,

A mermaid belong in the ocean, where I can be completely free.
